•    Break down what your care team was seeing and why the decisions were made — in plain language, no jargon

•    Answer the questions you’ve been sitting with since it happened

•    Talk through what prep for a different experience next time could look like, if that’s on your mind.

I’m an L&D nurse who’s been in the room for thousands of births, and I’m here to sit down with you and go through yours, start to finish, at your pace, with zero judgment.
